Exhibitor fee is $25.
Please fill out the following interactive registration form by January 10th. Click REGISTER at the bottom when you are ready to submit your form. You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of your registration form.
Exhibition rooms will be allotted on a first-come first-served basis (subject to hotel availablity/limitations) with priority given to previous Atlanta Spring Needlepoint Show exhibitors. We have a limited number of connecting suites. We will do our best to accommodate special requests but cannot make any guarantees due to limited room layouts, previously reserved rooms and location. Submitting the exhibitor registration does not guarantee room availability or acceptance into the show. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
HOTEL POLICIES:
- Check-in time is 4:00.
- Room rate is $174/night + tax.
- You will be responsible for any room damages. It is your sole responsibility to examine your space prior to
setting up and bring any noticeable damage immediately to the attention of the hotel staff.
- If you use a product to hang your canvases, it is your responsibility to make sure it will not cause any damage
to any surfaces when removed. The show committee does not recommend any particular tapes or adhesives
that are damage free. From prior experience, anything adhered to any painted surface is likely to incur
damage when removed. All exhibit spaces will be thoroughly examined by hotel staff after check out and any
repair for damages will be charged to the room credit card the hotel has on file.
- You are welcome to move furniture in your rooms, but everything must be returned to its original location
before check-out. Do NOT put furniture in the hallways.
- By exhibiting, you agree to not hold liable the show coordinators, the Embassy Suites Atlanta Buckhead or
any of their agents/employees for any loss or damage to items within your exhibiting rooms.
- A non-refundable deposit of two night's room charges, plus taxes, will be charged to your card to guarantee
your reservation on 1/20/23. Cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation/refund policy.
Rental tables, at the rate of $28 per table, will be supplied by the show committee. They and your exhibitor fee will be billed via PayPal and invoices sent from Kreative Acrylics. Table covers, if requested, will be supplied by the hotel and those will be billed directly to your room at the rate of $4 per cover.
